It’s so much appreciated also to let you know how well RC & MF dealt with the situation, which helped me enormously. I shall be writing to them both.

My father’s care was switched to Beyea Care a year ago after a prolonged spell in hospital, our previous care company could not provide the ‘double up’ care he required. Although our previous carers were lovely and supportive, we quickly realised the previous service we were offered was very poor in comparison to the high standard of Care Beyea Care offer as an agency. The service provided by Beyea Care is first class,It is always challenging adapting to having frequent visits of new people throughout each day, but TS and her team are friendly, caring and go out of their way to make you and your family feel valued. They visit in pairs four times a day and have always taken great care of my father. Despite his limited communication they have a rapport with him and make every effort to involve him where possible. Care is excellent and they have been willing to discuss methods and details with my mum who is main carer for Dad obviously must be involved in his care and have a degree of input, TS is always at the end of the phone and visits often- this is much appreciated, when hiccups did occur, they are dealt with swiftly and professionally. The pas two years have been very challenging for us as a family, but we have been fortunate to have the team at Beyea Care supporting us. They really DO care, and provide an excellent service.
Twelve years ago, my wife was diagnosed with dementia, for the next five years I managed to cope looking after her, then at this time I needed to look for professional care. The company I approached was Beyea Care, starting with a morning visit after a while this was increased to an evening visit. My wife now has carers four visits each day and the care she gets is excellent, the help and advice I get is very useful nothing is too much trouble.
Hi TS Just wanted to say a big thank you to you and your team for looking after D so well, D is really responding well to all the care he is being given and has successfully managed his mental health since your team come on board, he is very happy for which I am very grateful, sorry to hear one of your carers got her bag pinched and her car damaged, I know this because Melissa phoned me up immediately and started organising a key safe for the back of the property as extra protection for D,which I thought at the time was so important she also had the foresight to realise if he now about this it would surely have an impact on his mental health, for her to get this done so quickly I just feel I need to acknowledge her quick thinking and initiative. I know the caring profession does not always get the recognition you all deserve, but rest assured myself and D are so very grateful, once again THANK YOU.
We were so impressed with the care and compassion which you all provided, it would be difficult, we feel to find a care company and individual carers who could provide a better and more personal service.
Praise where praise is due, my father has reached the great age of 102, he has lived on his own for the last 12 years. Since my mother died in the last two years Beyea Care have made it possible for him to carry on living in his own home. It started with Beyea providing care for him morning & evening, when they come in the morning, they help dad to get washed & dressed & prompt him with breakfast to start his day, in the evening they come in to get dad undressed washed & helped into his pyjamas & tuck him up for the night. My sister & I shared lunch times when we would go into dad’s and prepare his lunch or take him out for lunch, However in March this year I became ill & was unable to provide the lunchtime care. Once again Beyea Care came to the rescue & are now providing his lunch time meals & tend to his other needs at the same time. They were an absolute godsend not only providing expert very special tender care, but also providing peace of mind for my sister & myself who are both in our 70’s & have busy lives. Beyea are very careful who they employ & the carers always greet dad with a cheerful smile & chat which he loves, there is a lovely relaxed friendship between us all & a wonderful feeling of trust, if you are ever in the situation where you feel you are going to need help looking after a loved one, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you have a work with Beyea Care first to discuss your needs. I will always be eternally grateful for Beyea & the love & compassion they have shown.
Professional Feedback
Beyea care went above and beyond in their support for this customer when family relations broke down and she left her home alone. Beyea reacted quickly going out to look for the customer immediately, finding her (dressed in nighty) and taking her back to their offices as a place of safety and warmth while further calls and planning took place. They were proactive in advocating for her both with her family and me in order to support the customer to have the clothing and medication she needed in order to move to an emergency placement. Staff at Beyea, notably Cathy, rearranged personal plans to remain with the customer until she was collected and transported to a care home placement which took several hours.
I would just like to provide feedback from my visit to see SC. It was a difficult assessment and discussion to have with the Adult, and I felt very glad to have Teresa and Mel present. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and showed great empathy for the Adult’s situation. I look forward to working with them both again.
Went on a joint visit with LC & MR from Beyea Care to assess for a new sling. They have taken the time to build a positive relationship with the customer. They were considerate of her needs, making sure she had items that would make her feel comforted and safe whilst being hoisted and maintained her dignity and comfort. They also completed all manual handling in a caring and professional manner, please pass this on to your team.
This couple have a complex situation – Beyea Care has been proactive at finding ways to support this couple to remain in their own home as long as possible. When Beyea Care had concerns they have been fast and effective at raising these in a professional and timely manner. Throughout numerous visits to the couple’s home, I have witnessed the upmost kind, personalised, caring, responsive care and support from all of the carers. Feedback from the couple and the family have been positive and no concerns raised regarding Beyea Care.
Service user is highly complementary of their care provider saying they are punctual; communication and organisation is very good and the care staff are all ever so nice very kind and caring and they can’t do enough for us.
Visited to complete annual review, Customer and wife expressed how happy they were with Beyea Care Agency, customer quoted that they were great, very helpful and respectful when helping him.
